About the role

Role Objective:

To provide a key supporting function focused on customer success. To help onboard, train, support review how we constantly improve the service to our customers.

fumopay is an innovative fintech payment company based in Milton Keynes, now looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have new customer service experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate does not need payment or fintech experience as it's more important the candidate is highly motivated and looking for an opportunity to join a growth sector. They will be responsible for onboarding new customers, training them in the use of our payment platform, explaining how best to leverage our payment solutions for their business. Manage all aspects of the Customer relationship. Provide support and guidance to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

He or she will also be responsible for identifying how we can constantly improve our customer experience, manage customer administration, operational and support queries. Support the sales team by providing excellent customer service. Remote flex working. Full training and ongoing development will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Support all new customers who onboard with fumopay

  • Understand customer needs and requirements

  • Arrange calls, online meetings to demo our product

  • Provide support documentation and sales collateral

  • Manage customer billing queries

  • Analyse customer data to identify support trends

  • Identify area of improvement

  • Help design and create supporting documentation and processes

  • Provide exceptional customer support

  • Support the sales team in calls and meetings

What are we looking for?

  • Well versed in MS office, Google suite products and CRM, ticketing systems

  • Capable of managing and prioritising workload and tasks

  • Be super well organised and efficient with time management

  • Capable of supporting inter departmental relationships with customers

  • Excellent customer service (ideally with some experience in a supporting role)

  • Background in business operations, support/admin role or within a small team that gets involved in all aspects of a business.

  • Good client / external facing telephone skills
